As Thrive’s Marketing & Development Manager you will be responsible for the development and evaluation of marketing strategies and build brand awareness of Thrive within the community, government and corporate sectors. You will lead business development initiatives and generate leads in all markets and increase overall funding to support the organization. You will work closely with Thrive’s Executive Director and Board members to effectively execute the organizations Marketing & Development Strategy.

Duties include:

· Ensure a consistent brand image across all elements of the organization

· Prepare fundraising materials, reports and presentations

· Lead the implementation of the Marketing & Development Strategy

· Facilitate increased relationships & collaborations for Thrive

· Oversee donor recognition & retention

· Manage all media & corporate relations

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Public Relation or other relevant field

· 5 years experience in marketing, development and communications

· Experience in private or corporate industries considered an asset

· Excellent communication & networking skills

· Vulnerable sector screening & Criminal record check is required.

Compensation & Benefits: Starting salary for this position is $60 000 plus an excellent benefits package
