We are an international company that markets Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) solutions under the Traffic Logix, Enforcement Logix and Parking Logix brands since 1995.

Our company Traffic Logix is looking to hire an entrepreneurial, fast thinking and dynamic Marketing Campaign Specialistin our Marketing Department.

*Must be able to commute to work at Montreal office as partial telework is in place.*

Job Description/Your Responsibilities:

The Marketing Campaign Specialist, based in Montreal, will be responsible for implementing and running a global B2B campaign calendar to increase demand and drive pipeline growth. They will manage multiple team members across a variety of brands and markets, and lead all steps from the birth of campaign ideas to closing meetings and results. They will manage a global campaign team comprising of marketing content, design, coordination and sales development reps.

· Generate and lead focused B2B marketing campaigns with the aim of generating demand within a targeted group.

· Management of campaign team, including designers, content writers, coordinators and Sales Development Reps.

· Management and implementation of global campaign calendar by brand and region.

· Running sales development meetings on actionable campaign plans based on movements in the traffic calming market.

· Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns, with complete CRM alignment and visibility.

· CRM list and campaign management. Leading CRM best practices for all campaign tracking (source tagging, view and list management, activity tracking, forms and CTA’s, etc).

· Dashboarding CRM campaign results and activity

· Run campaign pre-meetings and post-meetings with actionable agenda items, metrics and follow-ups.

· A/B testing campaign content, landing pages, sales scripts and email templates.

· Approve all promotional materials within marketing campaigns.

· Adhere to brand identity in all campaign communication

· Campaign KPI tracking on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis by brand and region.

· ROI campaign tracking, while monitoring budget, spend and pipeline growth.

· Ensure accuracy of marketing materials as per campaign brief.

· Collect and use data to evaluate existing campaigns and improve future ones, including email metrics, landing page metrics, sales metrics, etc.

· Keep abreast of current trends in campaign marketing!

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Integrated Marketing Communications, Business Administration or related field
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft office suite
  • proficiency in database work or pivot table analysis an asset
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or customer focused support role
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Experience managing projects and working with deadlines
  • Familiarity with integrated marketing communications and sales promotion tactics
  • High organizational skills
  • Working on multiple tasks, events and programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working across multiple internal teams and with external resources.
