Well Baked Box is a healthy recipe kit delivery company currently operating in Guelph and several surrounding cities. We pre-portion gluten-free baking ingredients for delicious recipes to make healthy baking fun and accessible.

We are looking for a self-motivated, hard working, and quick-learning individual with experience in online marketing. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in a undergraduate marketing degree or 3+ years of relevant experience. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience developing a complete marketing strategy from the ground up.

The marketing assistant will be trained on and responsible for:

• Preparing email campaigns and funnels
• Generating new and engaging social media content
• Launching new marketing campaigns with physical media delivered in the recipe kits
• Brainstorming improvements to the website to improve the customer experience

Marketing activities will be largely conducted remotely, with bi-weekly meetings both in person and online.

Contract length: 4-6 months

Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

Compensation: The marketing assistant will earn a commission based on sales generated, followed by an hourly pay after a 3 month probation
