About The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Advisor to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do Here

• Work with the Marketing and Communications team to develop and draft communications plans in both English and French.
• Manage projects with stakeholders across Canada by advising them on the best communications strategies.
• Use creativity and critical thinking skills to develop effective tactics.
• Inform and collaborate with partner agencies on a variety of projects.
• Coordinate the approval of advertising materials between external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure that materials produced are in line with the brand and our objectives.
• Carefully monitor project budgets and timelines.
  

What You Bring To The Table

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three or more years of marketing or communications experience.
• Good organizational skills and outstanding project management abilities.
• Team spirit and a knack for working with others for team success.
• Success-driven, positive attitude and contagious energy.
• Resourcefulness and ability to learn quickly.
• Extensive knowledge of digital platforms.
• Results-oriented attitude and a desire to challenge the status quo and encourage people to go further.
• Bilingualism (French-English): You will be required to interact regularly with clients and colleagues from across the country.
