Bell Wholesale is small and dynamic group that provides a wide range of products & services to telecommunications companies (carriers, ISPs, resellers) from across North America and the rest of the world. Within the Product & Marketing group, the Strategic Initiatives & Complex Pricing Team supports the Sales organization as well as Product Managers.

In this role, the successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting decision-making at multiple levels of management through complex analyses, predictive modeling, data definition and standardization, data mining, and reporting, The successful candidate must possess a blend of knowledge in technology, business, and finance combined with strong analytical skills, technical acumen and demonstrated experience in data gathering and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Team by establishing the optimal solution strategy and price for strategic and multi-portfolio deals.
• Grow revenue and overall profitability for BCE by executing our pricing strategy for next-generation products & services within Canada based on Business Intelligence.
• Perform ongoing competitive market assessments to identify new opportunities and re-position our current offers based on a wide variety of data sources.
• Create automated ad-hoc reports that generate actionable insights from multiple data sources.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for automation, simplification, and improvement of our Quoting and Reporting tools & processes.

Critical Qualifications

• University/College degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
• Strong facilitation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Solid Excel skills, including advanced formulas and macros.
• Outstanding time management skills, detail oriented, and can execute to tight deadlines.
• Highly analytical and understand the basic principles of working with large and complex data sets.
• Ability to leverage insights and opportunities from data and metrics to build strategies and make recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Telecommunications, preferably Product Management, Sales, Carrier Relations, Finance or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence methodologies, architecture and design.

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
