Williams Form Hardware is a steel manufacturing/Concrete accessories retailer in London, Ontario. We are currently seeking several employees to fills roles within our growing company. Williams Form Hardware is interested in candidates that are seeking full time permanent employment with the desire to grow within an organization. Starting remuneration for these positions is $20/hour plus benefits. Williams Form Hardware is located off a bus route and is accessible from all ends of the London.

Machine Operator Position - Day and Afternoon shift

We are seeking candidates to fill roles in our day shift and afternoon shift on our CNC machines, small and large thread rolling machines, metal saws and in our welding area. These positions are full time permanent and will either be on our day shift or afternoon shift. Successful candidate should have prior experience working with machinery, ability to use measuring tools and calipers as well general experience working in a heavy manufacturing setting. Full training on machines, materials and processes will be provided. Prior experience dealing with overhead cranes and forklifts would be considered a strong asset. Work boot allowance and uniforms are available upon completion of probationary period.

Assembly - Day and Afternoon Shift

We are seeking candidates to fill roles in our day shift and afternoon shift in our assembly area. Full training would be provided as this function is very specific to our industry. This is a full time permanent position with room to grow and advance. This position requires physical dexterity, the ability to use measuring tools and common power tools and equipment. Experience with forklifts and overhead cranes would be considered a strong asset. Work boot allowance and uniforms are available upon completion of probationary period.

Warehouse Position - Days

We are currently seeking to fill a role in our Concrete Accessories retail warehouse. This position is days from 7 AM - 4 PM Monday - Friday. The role will consist of pulling stock and loading our delivery vehicles, unloading incoming trucks as well inventory organization. Will be responsible for assisting customers with orders, assisting our external sales force with orders and general warehouse duties. This position is fast paced and will required an organized, physically dexterous, ambitious individual. This is a full time permanent role 12 months of the year. Prior experience dealing with the public as well stand up forklift in a warehouse setting would be considered an asset.
