Position Overview

Answer phone calls for Transit booking requests, educate callers about services/apps, provide customer service.

Requirements

• Schedule new bookings and coordinate with drivers regarding changes
• Identify all drivers active on routes are on time to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage and pull a variety of reports as per the managers directive
• Answer phones, and email correspondence in a professional and courteous manner
• Possess clean Criminal Record Search
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
• Proficient in computer software experience in MS Office (Word & Excel)
• Strong customer service experience
• Available to work Monday to Friday 11:00am to 7:00pm
