Fidus Immigration is looking to hire one Legal Assistant to join their team. Fidus Immigration was created in 2019 with one mission in mind: to help individuals, families and Canadian businesses navigate the Canadian Immigration systems. Job Duties

- Assist the RCIC in preparation of Immigration files.

- Organize, analyze and compile information.

- Coordinate appointments, including all correspondence and logistic necessary.

- Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence.

- Correspond with Clients to and strictly limited to gathering documents.

- Implement and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow.

- May perform other general office work as required.

Requirements:

- Experience with Immigration Laws will be considered a strong asset.

- Excellent customer service.

- Attention to details

- Excellent organizational skills

- Ability to work independently

- Work under pressure and fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• legal assistant: 1 year (preferred)
