Neo Financial is on the lookout for a full-time Talent Acquisition Lead to join our recruitment team in Winnipeg, MB. Here, you will design and run a successful program that identifies Creative and Marketing talent for our in-house ventures.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work directly with the talent acquisition team, co-founders, and other key stakeholders within Neo. Together, you will build strong sourcing techniques with a good understanding of how and where to secure top talent
• Develop and execute the recruitment strategy of finding Creative talent, everything from Jr. Graphic Designers to Creative Directors and Marketing Directors
• Collaborate with the team and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
• Support and work to further build a team of Talent Acquisition Partners dedicated to finding world-class talent
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Difference-makers
• Several years of recruitment experience with an agency or in-house
• Strong understanding of inbound recruitment and how to attract passive candidates
• Ability to build talent pools/pipelines of senior, hard to find individuals
• Exceptional communication ability both with internal stakeholders
• Thrive in a constantly changing environment
