OLiV Tasting Room Regina, has an immediate opening for a key holder/sales associate. We are looking for a candidate that is a strong team player, positive, honest and reliable. You will be required to represent the OLiV brand with every interaction. We need a candidate that can deliver the OLiV “wow” experience and leave our customers excited to come back. The duties of this position include; achieving sales goals and meeting customers’ expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply an understanding of the OLiV organization and promote the values and beliefs within the work environment to employees and customers
• Help create a positive work environment by cooperating with co-workers
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Greet and assess customers’ needs and provide assistance/information on product features
• Handle routine sales transactions which include operating cash register and accounting of daily sales
• Maintain/stock shelves and displays to meet company standards
• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and product organization
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options while conducting tastings
• Cross sell products
• Responsible for opening and closing the store.
• Payroll (Staff hours) reporting to head office

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma (an asset)
• Previous related work experience (an asset)
• Ability to build relationships with co-workers, customers and ensure mutual satisfaction
• Customer-oriented
• Working knowledge of cash register and any ordering information system
• Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate
• Able to handle stressful and changing work environments with professionalism
• Creative problem solving skills
• Open availability, including week days/nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
