Our Content Acquisition - International Markets is looking for a Key Account Representative for the German market who is driven, passionate, focused, organized, resourceful and tech savvy. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with our VIP partners and maintaining a relationship with them, offering support and branding strategies for their channel/online presence growth. The ideal candidate will be creative, have excellent time management skills, excellent written communication & presentation skills, the ability to multitask, problem-solve, command the ability to prioritize, work under pressure and deal with changes in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities: *

  • Manage channels and provide support, strategy, and services to German partners
  • Provide proactive talent management for our valued creators
  • Be highly responsive to partners and go above and beyond to address their needs and concerns
  • Understand and develop strategic plans to meet our partners’ goals
  • Develop close, professional relationships with partners through various communication mediums
  • Continued partner retention through strong value-driven service and incentives
  • Respond to partner questions and concerns regarding ads and monetization, reporting/payments, partnership agreements, BBTV’s technology platform, YouTube copyright and community guidelines, YouTube platform issues, etc.
  • Keep up-to-date on industry trends and provide ongoing YouTube channel growth strategy to partners (e.g. programming, channel optimization and management, audience development)
  • Recommend and liase within the different business units at BBTV to offer appropriate Plus Solutions including branded entertainment, co-production, design, promotional opportunities, press coverage, direct ad sales.
  • Maintain detailed up to date partner records and plans
  • Provide regular updates on partner development, initiatives and results
  • Tracking and analyzing metrics and activities pertaining to your partner portfolio such as growth, revenue, CPMs, retention dates, services rendered, etc.
  • Support the ongoing German market strategy and work towards goals and objectives set by the Country Manager

Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary Education or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communication or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and the current digital advertising landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in both English and German are required
  • Proven client relationship management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, highly motivated and adaptable
  • Outstanding time management abilities
  • A good understanding of the YouTube platform.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Process-driven and highly organized with an ability to track and manage data and records
  • Flexible schedule to manage time zone differences and the ability to work from home
