• Provide infrastructure support for level 1, 2 and 3 requests.
• Travel to various offices and factories of the company as needed.
• Set up equipment, ensure its proper functioning and necessary upgrades.
• Manage networks, user systems and telecommunications equipment.
• Participate in the development of technical documentation and procedure (operational documentation).
• Be prepared to provide training to employees on the systems used.
• Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

• Training in information technology or any other relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support.
• Good knowledge of Windows and MacOsX computer systems.
• Fluency in both French and English preferably (spoken and written).
• Must be able to occasionally travel to the factories (Gatineau, St-Rémi, Terrebonne).
