The Intelligent Process Automation Sr. Analyst leads a team in delivering and supporting Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) Solutions for J&J North America Consumer Health.

This role will focus on delivering Automation Solutions end-to-end; including business engagement to find opportunities, analysis on feasibility/fit, leading technical teams to deliver solutions and tracking value/return on investment.

The IPA Sr. Analyst will work with the Sr. IT Manager - Product Line Owner and will collaborate closely with North America Consumer cross-functional teams across Business & Technology units.

Good communication skills, as well as knowledge of RPA Technologies, IT architecture, IT security standards, and agile methodologies are a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Embed within business teams to understand their objectives, challenges, and end-to-end processes
  • Partner with Business leads to develop automation use cases for project investments, with a focus on prioritizing value & financial growth for J&J Consumer
  • Ongoing exploration of new automation use cases, as well as the optimization of existing automations
  • Accountable for support / break-fix, ensuring prioritization of business continuity
  • Accountable for building sustainable, high-quality automation solutions, while considering regional/global and enterprise technology strategies
  • Leadership of the IPA Delivery Team
    • Management of team resource allocations based on priority, complexity, and evolving business needs
    • Contribution to Solution Design & Technical Development where needed
    • Ongoing optimization of the DevOps Model
    • Support the team in their understanding of the business requirements and how best to achieve the required outcome
  • Understands core internal IT Products & Technology Teams, to deliver solutions and drive business value most effectively
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance across all delivery and support processes
  • Responsible for the overall delivery timeline of projects
  • Verifies scope & acceptance conditions, plans for resources, controls project execution, coordinates project team activities, and secures additional funding/resourcing as needed
  • Manages product backlog and product quality
  • Represents project in management reviews and communicates project status to business & IT partners
  • Ongoing learning of relevant market technologies, seeking opportunities to integrate with business needs ie. Conferences, Knowledge groups, communities of practice
  • Understand RPA standard methodologies/frameworks and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
  • Leverage networks across J&J regions to encourage adoption and/or influence enterprise processes and capabilities
  • Presenting to various levels of management both in IT and Business Partner functions
  • Preparing and facilitating training sessions and/or demos of new capabilities and technologies

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and above in major of IT discipline related or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years of related experience supporting automation technology deployments: Process Mapping, Feasibility Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment & Ongoing Support
  • Working experience designing and implementing Robotic Process Automation solutions across a variety business and technology processes
  • Hands-On experience with one or more of the following platforms: UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, MS Power Automate
  • Experience in applying Machine Learning and AI technologies to augment RPA capabilities
  • Experience leading technical resources in a DevOps environment: Managing team priorities, balancing resources between operational support and improvements, and ongoing prioritization of evolving business priorities
  • Working knowledge of a variety of technologies considered an asset: SQL, Oracle and MSSQL databases, Tableau, Talend, Power Apps, Power BI, Alteryx, SAP
  • This position is based in Skillman, NJ and may require up to 10% travel.
