On behalf of our client, Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for an HR Manager with a fast-paced organization that is currently expanding its operations. They are offering a competitive salary of $75,000 per year and the successful candidate will be hired directly by our client.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and maintain employees’ confidential personnel files

• Perform personnel management functions related to recruitment, hiring, training, discipline, and termination

• Conduct new employee orientations, exit interviews, and educational programs

• Various administrative tasks and duties

• Keep informed of current laws and compliance regulations regarding employer and employee rights and obligations

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with recruitment and immigration would be considered an asset

• Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office Suite

• Completion of accredited Human Resources training program

• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
