Human Resource Advisor

• Full-cycle recruitment activities including the job posting, screening, assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
• Scheduling and conducting onboarding and offboarding processes, providing relevant documentation.
• Support the design and application of training programs.
• Work with internal stakeholders as well as subject matter experts to determine instructional design.
• Administering Recognition and Service Award programs including procurement of items, reporting, and distribution.
• Maintaining employee documents accurately.

• 5+ years of experience in a previous in a similar role is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, CPHR designation would be an asset.
• Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work independently, solve problems and anticipate needs of the department and the organization.
• Advanced competency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Proof of vaccination will be required.
