Job Summary:

Reporting to the VP Global HR, the HRIS Analyst will act as the HRIS subject matter expert and be the liaison between Global HR and IT.

Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Serve as the point of contact with IT, including technical projects involving master data, enhancements, gathering requirements testing and implementing solutions
Assist the Global HR team in maintaining and improving processes
Serve as the HRIS subject matter expert to the business
Provide training to the Global team regarding system usage and/or optimizations
Maintain, monitor and audit data integrity
Implement process improvements to ensure global standardization
Troubleshoot issues with the various international HR to Payroll system integrations
Support and troubleshoot issues with the absence management application
Develop and maintain reporting, including monthly and ad hoc reporting
Create and manage documentation for HR systems and processes
Utilize project management techniques to provide thorough impact analysis

Education and Experience:

5 years of related experience in HRIS role
Previous exposure to applicant tracking systems
Previous exposure to HRMS systems, including implementation, is preferred
Exceptional analytical skills
Superior attention to detail
Must possess sound knowledge and expertise in total reward principles, processes and best and/or common practices
Proven project management abilities, including identification of stakeholders and impact analysis
Strong MS Office skills
