Commissions $50,000 - $60,000 average (realistic ability to reach $75K annually in year two, $110K annually in year three) NO BASE SALARY, you must have expertise in closing.

We are looking for a full-time, savvy, admissions advisor to join our successful college admission team. In this role, you’ll be working directly with our management team to follow up on the leads to schedule student appointments and tour, field questions, follow up on inquiries, enter financing and student aid, send out information and assist in maintaining the company database.
This position offers a solid stream of warm leads, phone, email and details: 10 - 15 plus per day depending on phone skills

Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through daily outbound cold calls and emails to set meetings for our veteran sales Advisers
- Achieve monthly call quota to maintain salary – (commission employee – the pay is higher)
- Maintain your database of prospects
Requirements:
- Proven inside cold calling/sales experience in the deregulated energy industry
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- An understanding of Information Technology (Salesforce/Hubspot)
- Strong phone presence and years of experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
