    Job Description

    As a key leader at IC, this is one exciting opportunity to bring our direction & growth strategy alive! You’ll be supported by a talented cross-functional team to focus on acquisition campaigns and increase our brand following.

    Reporting to the President, you will be directly managing players in functions of Marketing & Product, and bringing close collaboration with CX, and Sales. Working directly alongside our senior leadership you will help realize broader demand for our platform and related roadmap. In terms of time breakdown, you can imagine roughly 20% strategy, 30% mentoring & developing the team, and 50% execution in general.

    The Opportunity

    You are a strategic marketer with a proven ability to direct a multi-functional and diverse team. You could also teach us a thing or two in the following areas: customer engagement, demand generation, SEO, digital marketing, positioning, content marketing, thought leadership, and public relations. You bring experience in establishing new channels to market and high-impact tactics that generate significant interest. You already have a solid foundation with inbound marketing and are looking to lead a team at connecting the dots and bringing real business results.

    Role & Responsibilities

    1. Positioning

    • Develop a deep understanding of target personas through relationship building
    • Build, communicate, and execute long-term strategic marketing plans
    • Oversee the marketing budget and build cases to support investments
    • Ongoing development of product/market fit, growth, and pricing strategy for the platform

    2. Demand Generation

    • Manage, mentor, and lead a high-performance team of creative professionals
    • Design and direct acquisition campaigns across organic and paid channels
    • Lead key partnerships and penetration efforts to targeted industries & states
    • Report on performance, and projects, attach KPIs, and address feedback

    3. Branding

    • Conduct digital, social media, email, and other marketing programs
    • Elevate the brand narrative linked to best practices, milestones & customer progression

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    ✔ 10+ years of marketing experience

    Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing

    Demonstrated success in growing B2B company revenues

    Successful market penetration/expansion history

    Sound base in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, SoMe, Paid, etc)

    In-depth knowledge of tools of the trade (GA, CRM, Marketing Automation)

    Proactive communications, extremely organized, and strong at prioritization

    Good sense of humor, adaptive, and a positive disposition
