Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Customer Engagement: Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest Volvo models and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Team Development: Train, mentor, and motivate sales team members to achieve their highest potential.
  • Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Growth – High focus on further development and expansion of our pre-owned vehicle business.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the dealership’s leadership team to develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all dealership and manufacturer standards and guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in an automotive sales leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in vehicle sales software such as 180, Dealertrack, DealerMine and/or Dealer Socket.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Driver’s license in good standing and clean driver’s abstract required.
  • Excellent organizational and realistic time management skills.
  • Clear, concise and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in pre-owned vehicle acquisition.
