• Hiring Production Workers for a food production/manufacturing plant located in Langley, BC.
• This job opportunity will provide full time hours, long term benefits with stability and longevity for the right candidate. There will also be opportunity for growth and pay increases. **MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING IN A COLDER ENVIRONMENT AS IT IS FRIDGE TEMPERATURE**
• Requirements* *
• Must be comfortable working with meat product as you will be working with raw meat*
• 6+ months in production or manufacturing
• Ability to work a repetitive, physical job (ability to lift 25-30lbs repetitively, up to shoulder height. Sometimes up to 50lbs but not as repetitively)
• English comprehension (needs to be able to read instructions and procedures)
• Pay:* $20.73
• Shift:
• Monday to Friday6am
• 2:30 pm
• What You Will Be Doing*
• Packaging, labeling, and boxing product
• Stacking boxes on pallets
• Loading raw product into machine hoppers
• Preparing products for various phases of the production process
• Loading products onto pallets and moving them to desired locations with pallet jack
• Ensure Communication and Team Work within the department
• Lots of repetitive movement and lifting (20-30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs)
