PAL Airlines is currently recruiting for a Flight Attendant Training Coordinator in St. John’s, NLfor a Full Time Fixed Term until July 2023.

In the role of Flight Attendant Training Coordinator you will be responsible for:

• Conducting and schedule in-flight inspections
• Training Flight Attendants in accordance with approved training program
• Preparing changes to in-flight service/training program and coordinate changes with the Cabin Safety Department
• Maintaining Flight Attendant electronic training files
• Oversight and maintenance of documents required on the C-EFBs
• Monitoring on-line training courses to ensure courses are issued and completed
• Implementation and development of training manuals
• Developing training materials in accordance with the Company Training Standard
• Conducting audits for cabin safety
• Monitoring and bring forth improvements to be made in training processes to management; develop strategies for process improvement
• Other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will be required to maintain currency as an on-line flight attendant and fly as required to audit/line check and ensure service standards. Travel may be required for training assignments.

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual
• Two years experience as a flight attendant
