Finance/Accounting Consultants (Jr. to Sr. skillsets)

On behalf of our healthcare client located in Saskatchewan, we’re looking for 25-30 Finance/Accounting Support consultants (some onsite, some fully remote) to support the province-wide implementation of a cloud-based ERP system which will replace 82 disparate, aging systems overseeing HR, finance, scheduling, and supply chain activities. This is an excellent opportunity for recent university graduates or candidates looking for a few months of work to gain exposure to a major, multi-million-dollar project affecting thousands of employees. Overview and Responsibilities:

§ We’re looking for a variety of skillsets, including:

o Finance Assistant: general, basic accounting knowledge

o Finance Officer: more experience than Finance Assistant, more general accounting

o Finance Specialist: bank reconciliations etc.; need to be quite senior

§ Perform data entry to assist with manual conversion activities (some legacy data requires manual conversion)

oi.e. Invoicing entry/training for AP, invoicing entry/training for AR

§ Provide on-site and remote support to managers as needed
