Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of projects, from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and document business requirements
- Use data analysis skills to identify trends, patterns, and insights to drive project decisions
- Utilize tools such as ServiceNow, Visio, Kanban boards, Workday, and SharePoint for project management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in product development or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as ServiceNow, Visio, Kanban boards, Workday, and SharePoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills to perform data analysis and make informed project decisions
- Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable project plans
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
