Remote until Summer 2022. Hybrid thereafter.

The Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the execution, monitoring, and reporting of seasonal event site experiences, to help customers shop products they want on our clients online Canadian retail website. Our client is a large, well known multi-national retailer. This is corporate side work. You will be working on the Marketing team.

What You Will Be Doing

• 60% of your time will be spent on analytics. You will help develop site metrics and dashboards. You will provide your data insights to the internal teams on a weekly basis.
• Analyze and improve customers’ path to purchase and conversion rates using heat mapping and journey analysis tools.
• You will analyze data for customers’ browse experience (visual navigation, filters, web analytics).
• You will analyze customers’ site search experience, such as providing insight to search behavior and keywords along with recommendations.
• Execute tactics in the search and browse experience after collaborating with internal teams.
• Perform QA steps as needed for site experience.
• Support A/B testing as needed with the team.
  

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience of ecommerce analytics in a retail environment.
• Intermediate experience with excel and ecommerce insights tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Content Square) is highly desirable.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
