THE JOB:

In the role as CS Specialist, the successful cowndidate will seek to develop a positive customer experience and foster relationships that ultimately support brand loyalty and awareness. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you. You will also possess:

• Passion for building and maintaining client relationships
• Ability to identify opportunities for product improvements based on customer feedback
• Willingness to gain knowledge of the platform and future products
• Strong desire to assist clients in resolving their issues as quickly as possible
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize

TECH STACK:

• Intercom, Hubspot, GSuite, Slack, Zoom

NICE TO HAVE:

• 0-2 years of CS experience, preferably in customer facing support (direct client interaction)
• Previous experience in start-up or scale-up environment
• Team player with an affinity for getting things done
• A love of puns

NITTY GRITTY:

Location: St. John’s, Halifax, Minneapolis - St. Paul or Remote

Hours: Full Time - Flexible

Moola: CAD $50k
