Who are we looking for?

• Individuals that thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Passionate in promoting products and services

• Secondary school education or equivalent
• Above the age of 18
• At least one solid year experience in the customer service space , call center preferred
• Tech savvy and has an aptitude for learning about new technology and processes to bring value to the ContactPoint 360 team

• Positive attitude, helpful behavior
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members
• Exemplary verbal and written communications skills
• Exceptional skills in accurate data entry
• Strong interpersonal and independent problem-solving skills

• Highly reliable-strong attendance record
• Decision-making skills and ability to troubleshoot issues with customers
• Ability to pass a background check – Government valid photo IDs required
• Has a high level of grit to overcome challenges and obstacles with the team
• Is a strong team-player, bringing in a high level of enthusiasm and energy
  
• Willing to service 8.5 hours between 8AM to 12MN EST, Monday to Sun (5days on/2days off).
