Our Client in Mississauga (Erin Mills and Britannia) is looking for a Customer Service Agent.

9am-5:30pm - Monday to Friday

$19/hr

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS WAREHOUSE/LOGISTIC KNOWLEDGE

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Exceptional Customer Service:

Exceeds customer expectations by anticipating, understanding and meeting needs.

Proactive when issues arise, is timely and resolute in solving problems, including escalating to management when necessary.

Builds rapport and exhibits empathy during interactions, and consistently strives to improve customer satisfaction with customers. (This skill expectation applies both externally (customers, service providers) and internally.

Receipt Management

Inventory Management

Order Management

Customer Invoicing

Global logistics industry knowledge

Good computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word)

Fluent in English

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 3 years (required)
