The Customer Logistics Representative will manage a customer portfolio E2E from order receipt to deduction resolution, including service issue management. Leading with a continuous improvement mindset while developing collaborative customer relationships, the Customer Logistics Representative will create opportunities for joint supply chain improvements and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the daily E2E customer management from order receipt to service issue and deduction resolution.
  • Identify and eliminate persistent process issues that are a barrier to the perfect order.
  • Comfortable with using and leveraging customer data in SAP, Tableau, Power BI or in other J&J systems, to identify continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce costs, drive growth and improve the customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and internal business relationships through proactive and frequent communication to drive industry leading customer experience.
  • Work effectively with the customer and internal/external business partners including, but not limited to, transportation, Customer Operations, Distribution & Sales to prevent non-compliance and reduce deductions & fines.
  • Champion knowledge sharing or continuous improvement initiatives with colleagues to improve overall efficiencies (e.g.: customer reporting, EDI, Business intelligence, SAP Super User, training etc.)

Qualifications


Education:

  • A University Degree or College Diploma or Equivalent work experience

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service
  • Strong customer focus & championing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration capabilities and a demonstrated ability to cultivate strong business relationships
  • Sound judgement with the ability to time manage and prioritize work
  • Strong bias for action: results & performance driven
  • Passion for continuous improvement
  • Excellent communicator: written & spoken
  • Strong attention to detail and comfortable leveraging reports

Preferred:

  • SAP order management & FSCM experience
  • Basic-intermediate Excel skills
  • Tableau, Power BI, EDI, ECCNet knowledge
  • Experience in other areas of Supply Chain

Other:

  • Bilingual: French & English written & verbal strongly preferred
