We are looking for a Customer Experience Chat Specialist to ensure a successful chat service. The tasks: - Answer passenger’s inquiries via chat; - Stay up to date with passenger, service and shopping processes, as well as relevant information related to the Montréal-Trudeau airport; - Check the partners’ daily operations and inbox; - Look over the Montreal Airport website to master all information in it; - Provide support in information requests; - Check trends in ways of chatting on other websites; - Transfer all relevant information to the customer experience department; - Any other tasks related to the position.
