We have an opening for a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Communications Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for going above and beyond for your customers. This position is based out of our Customer Care Center in New Minas, NS! About the job:
As a core member of the Customer Care Team, you will be expected to answer customer inquiries and provide information about their specific vehicles in our inventory. The goal is to book the customer in for an appointment with one of our knowledgeable Product Ambassadors to test drive the vehicle. We are open from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and Saturdays 8-5. Availability to work shifts during business hours is a requirement. We are on the second floor of our Hyundai dealership in New Minas, across the hall there is a gym and a very cool kitchen where we’ve been known to host the occasional potluck lunch!

What we’re looking for:
You are fun, outgoing, confident, a team player, and have a positive personality. You have exceptional phone skills and good computer skills as we have several software systems. You’re a fantastic multitasker and have the desire to provide outstanding customer service.
