The Winston Education Group is now looking for a Curriculum Developer.

Job Duties:

• Develop a range of digital resources and course materials to optimize classroom learning and ensure ongoing learning outside of formal settings.

• Conduct research, produce reports and administer education policies and programs.

• Develop the structure, content and objectives of new programs

• Make improvements and recommendations in existing course programs

• Define the appropriate assessment performance criteria and standards for existing and new programs;

• Translate findings into learning outcomes and curriculum content to be delivered in class;

• Transfer existing training programs into the new format online;

• Integrate instructors and learners’ feedback on course design, content and its efficiency in meeting learning objectives and building competencies;

• Provide advice on how to improve accessibly in courses, and ensure learning materials are compliant with relevant legislation

• Provide ongoing professional development, training and consultative services to teachers and other professionals throughout the public and private sector

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in education or in a discipline such as science, social science or business administration

• 5 years’ experience in curriculum design, assessment and development

• Advanced communication skills, including presentation, group facilitation and business/proposal writing

• Thorough knowledge of computer applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Ability to use various technology in curriculum and facilitated workshops

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $72,800.00 per year
