Raven Roofing Ltd. is a commercial flat roofing company with huge projects throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. We are now accepting leadership applications for the the position of Foreman - Commercial Flat Roofing.

This is a leadership role requiring you to work as a positive mentor to all employees in this division. A company vehicle and cell phone are provided as well as secured access to supplies and materials each day.

What you have to bring to the roof?
- Experience installing a variety of complex roofing systems
- Strong skills in leading teams through projects and at forecasting barriers and timelines
- Exceptional trouble shooting abilities with the natural ability to handle and control stressors
- Personable with a great sense of humour
- Ability to perform physical labour - lifting, carrying, crawling, kneeling, bending - up to 65lbs.

Orientation and Training:
Raven Roofing provides orientation through our Health and Safety Division. Each new employee will attend orientation to the company and be provided training in WHMIS, Fall Protection and Aerial Platforms. Individualize and group health and safety supports are also offered daily.

Raven Roofing also offers morning Toolbox Meetings giving our members opportunities to discuss all health and safety aspects of the job.
