Work with a team – the Apollo Property Management Team! We are currently looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join our dynamic team of professionals.


Responsibilities:

  • Responds to Tenants and Owner inquiries/requests/complaints in a courteous, friendly, prompt and professional manner
  • Conducts regular Owner and Tenant meetings as required
  • Prepares Owner meeting management reports, meeting packages, and ensures follow-up on action items.
  • Implements annual plan requirements
  • Attends all team related required meetings
  • Coordinate lease renewals, amendments, terminations, and facilitate new lease requirements
  • Liaison with Tenants via communications and marketing tools for Tenant Engagement
  • Follows up on any outstanding inquiries or service requests
  • Personally inspects exterior and interior of each assigned project at least once a month
  • Negotiates preventative maintenance and service contracts as required
  • Prepares written recommendations for physical repairs and/or replacements as required
  • Spot checks for accuracy and completeness of all maintenance/contract performance
  • Checks work orders for those completed, those outstanding, determines age of incomplete work orders and reasons for being incomplete
  • Issue purchase orders and review in detail all orders prepared by the by the site to ensure clarity
  • Liaison between Site Staff, Head Office personnel, and General Manager
  • Assists the Operations Manager in preparation and supervision of Site Staff duties.
  • Ensures compliance with all Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and acts in all aspects of the sites operation
  • Prepares annual budgets with the assistance of the General Manager and the Controller
  • Reviews status of operating budget with Site Administrator and GM, determines necessary reductions and or increases
  • Oversee account collections and reviews all delinquent accounts and determines action required
  • Approves all invoices for payment and ensures account allocations are correct.

Position Specifications:

  • Post Secondary Education, preferably in Property Management (CPM or equivalent)
  • A valid General , Limited or Transitional General Condominium Manager License is preferred in order to manage commercial condominiums
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in property management
  • Minimum 3 years administration and supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of all Acts and Laws relating to the Real Estate Industry
  • General knowledge of all HVAC systems
  • Knowledge of financial and administrative matters
  • Knowledge of MS Office and other computer related skills
  • General knowledge of Fire Safety Plan and Life Safety Systems
  • Bilingualism considered an asset
