Job Summary:

• Demonstrates as a team player with a positive attitude, safe work habits and self-motivated
• Ability to follow instruction to perform tasks with a high level of quality and promptly without rework
• Pre-plan raceway systems - can pipe bending for a prompt and neat installation
• Understand and read completion project blueprints, specifications, and diagrams
• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, replace equipment, electrical wiring, controls, devices, and fixtures
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, heating, air conditioning systems and ability using various testing equipment for QA/QC and commissioning
• Installation of conduit, fittings and conductors for exterior groundwork including transformer pads, ground grids, pole lighting, cars peds
• Installation of conduits and fittings for Utility Primary, Secondary feeders, and Communication/Fiber
• Installation of EMT, PVC, Rigid, DBII and other raceways, complete with fittings, boxes, hangers, and fasteners
• Installation and connections of power outlets, lighting, lighting control and devices complete with all boxes and support
• Installation of life safety such as emergency lighting, Fire Alarm and Evacuation systems
• Installation of switch gear, panels, breakers, cabinets, disconnects of feeders and branch circuit wiring for all electrical systems

Requirements:

• Commercial Apprentices Construction
• CSTS2020 online training available through ACSA
• Fall Protection and Work Platform (MEWP) Operator Safety in class training only
• Safety Harness and Retractable Lanyard
• Own transportation
• Tools of the trade
• A great ONE TEAM attitude
• Fluent in English written and verbal communications
