The Client Support Representative provides support to Universal Collision Centre Customers. The Client Support Representative attracts potential customers by answering all aspects of service questions regarding their auto body repairs. Process work orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. The representative offers an efficient, courteous, professional service adapted to the needs of the customers.

What is needed to join the team:

Experience in customer service
