Description of Requirements

The Collaboration & Mobility Services supports Enterprise e-mail, Microsoft Teams for workspace chat & videoconferencing, including mobile device management. Client Email infrastructure is based on Microsoft Exchange Online, with Cisco Email Security Appliances. Client Mobile Device Management infrastructure is based VMWare WorkspaceOne managing 900 mobile iOS endpoints. The over-all team consists of multi-vendor contract resources operating in a pool concept where resources are utilized across varying projects and operational areas based on skills and abilities, with a goal of providing the most efficient and effective support to the business.
