• Aerotek is hiring a CNC Machinist for our client located in Coquitlam BC (full time, long term, benefits provided)*
• Must Have: *
• 5-10 years of CNC Mazak experience
• Mazatrol programming
• Ability to start working without training
• Programming, set ups, and operation of CNC Mazak machines
• Job Description: *
• Programming, set ups, and operation of Mazak CNC Millturn and mazatrol programming
• Set up and operate CNC turning, milling and multi-axis machining centers.
• Past experience working with tight tolerances (microns to 5 thou).
• Ability to check machined parts and read technical drawings.
• Ability to fill in detailed paperwork and record dimensions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and machine.
• Machine knowledge and basic maintenance capabilities.
• Ability to work in a team environment to support other machinists.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Parts deburring and polishing.
• Both Shifts Available: *
• Morning: 7:30 – 4:00pm
• Afternoons: 3:45pm – 1:45am
• Work Environment: *
• 20,000-square-foot facility
• Machinist 12-13 Ticket machinists
• ISO 9001 certified
• 40 years in the business
• Points: *
