Position Summary
CareRx is seeking to hire a Part-Time Clinical Pharmacist in Prince George to support our great Specialty Pharmacy team located in Kelowna, BC. Prior experience is an asset, but not required. This position will require approximately one 8-hour work day per week.
Your Day To Day
- Collaborating with nurses, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals to complete medication reviews on long-term care residents
- Auditing medication administration processes at the nursing home(s)
- Communicating with pharmacy staff at the Kelowna pharmacy
- Supporting the needs of the nursing home, as determined by the pharmacy manager
