CG Artist - Modeling

Only applicants located in the Vancouver area or willing to relocate before their start date will be considered.

We are looking for modeling artists to join our team. Under the supervision of the visual effects supervisor, the CG artist will have to create 3D models. We are looking for artists of different seniorities (junior, intermediate and senior) as well as different specialties (organic, mechanical and versatile)

Responsibilities

• Create 3D models;
• Be able to work with the Visual Effects Supervisor, CG Supervisor as well as Asset Supervisor to determine the best technical and creative approaches;
• Generate images for the approval process;
• Deliver 3D models on time and according to the high quality standards set by the company.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of the process required to build topologies for production;
• Knowledge of Maya software;
• Knowledge of Zbrush software;
• Knowledge of Marvelous Designer and Wrap software an asset;
• Autonomy and sense of initiative, aptitude for working in a team;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Work ethic based on dynamism and collaboration;
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve.

• Full-time, Permanent Contract;
