We are immediately hiring for Full Time Customer Service Agentsto join our team of incredible people!

At TigerTel our Customer Service Agents are dedicated professionals who excel at customer service and enjoy helping others.

Our Agents are often times the first contact our callers have when reaching out for assistance. Our goal is to have each Agent model our Core Values, respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries and to build relationships with the internal key contacts and external callers/clients.

TigerTel has Customer Service Agent positions awaiting personable and well-spoken professionals. In this crucial role, you are on the front lines, responding to a high volume of phone inquiries and addressing each with care, detail, and most importantly, empathy! Our Agents provide superior customer service and a positive experience to our callers & clients, while managing a high call volume. You will use expert listening and data entry skills to get to the heart of a person’s reason for calling and accurately document all interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing inbound phone calls from our clients (we are not a telemarketing centre)
  • Professionally greet callers, provide and request required information
  • Relay and route critical messages to on-call personnel by prioritizing emergency calls
  • Responding to customer requests professionally and with accurate information
General Job Requirements
  • Welcoming tone/voice with an upbeat hospitality is a must
  • Strong and professional communication in English
  • Strong professional command of written and spelling grammar
  • Computer skills in a Windows-based environment
  • Punctual with great attendance
  • Fast learner and be able to type well (at least 35 words per minute)
  • Punctual / Dependable
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Be a ’team player’!
Compensation

$15.42 per hour
