As Business Systems Analyst, you will be providing technical expertise to the users and wider business, while also carrying out vital audits, project support and administrative duties. To succeed in this role you need to have strong communication skills, experience with Salesforce administrator, Marketing platforms like Pardot or Marketing Cloud, DocuSign, Financial Force or other accounting solutions, and computer systems generally. You will leverage tools and resources available within the firm to simplify or automate manual processes and eliminate inefficiencies through technological solutions.


Core Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support for all CRM users, internal and external.
  • Perform Salesforce administration tasks like data maintenance, dashboards, reports, fields, page layouts, etc.
  • Assist with implementing & testing new enhancements and add-ons released by software vendors as well as custom internal enhancements and development.
  • Managing data and keeping records accurate, up to date and consistent across systems
  • User management (creation/deletion/roles assignments, etc.) within the different SaaS platforms used by the firm
  • Managing support calls in order of urgency and escalating calls where needed.
  • Performing and monitor automated bulk data update.
  • Create step by step user guides, manuals and system documentation.

Core Competencies

  • 2-3 years of experience in administration of Salesforce systems as solo admin or part of a larger team.
  • Bachelor in computer science (Minor or Major) would be advantageous
  • Strong Microsoft Office applications skills, including macros, forms and/or power apps
  • Ability to use appropriate technical processes/systems to develop and evaluate solution in an effective and time-efficient manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to accommodate user inquiries directed via telephone or email.
  • Able to work under pressure and to prioritize workloads to meet strict deadlines.
  • Exhibit sound judgement, keen eye for details and tenacity for solving difficult problems.
  • Experience in software development is an asset but not required.
