• Achieve company-wide visibility as you contribute to development and execution of operations initiatives

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, facilities management, supply chain management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as 5S, Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and precision in communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
• The ability to plan, execute and monitor a small project, including following change management best practices
• Excellent personal time management
• Continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to respectfully and patiently challenge the status quo and embrace new ideas
