We offer complete wireless and wired networking solutions including the latest technology Wi-Fi 6 access points, mesh access points as well as network switches for both indoor and outdoor deployment. The B2B solutions are used worldwide by department stores, cafes, airports, hotels, hospitals, event locations, resorts, museums, and various other applications. Currently, we have opening for Business Development Manager position.

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in the following major areas and but not limited to: -

· Drive major account relationships by customer segment and support strategic account business development initiatives and revenue objectives.

· Strategic business development focus areas include: Wireless Network Management Solutions-L2 PoE Switch-All-Purpose, Indoor & Outdoor Dual-Band Wireless Access Point-IP Surveillance Camera – Cloud Managed Internet Devices & Applications.

· Key focused Customer Segments / Vertical Market is as follows but is not limited to: Managed Network Service Provider (MSP) and Hosted VOIP service provider-Hospitality-Education-Pro A/V and Home Automation.

Primary Responsibilities: -

Business Development Manager is the customer advocate within our company adding insight and business judgment. They are also the voice of our company to our customers, adding business intelligence and forethought.

· Drive major account relationship and support strategic account business development initiatives and revenue objectives.

· Communicate effectively with cross-functional groups within our company – Single point of contact for all business operations and responsible for escalating issues to Management.

· Develop strong professional relationship with key account contact points.

· Manage and drive closure of key account initiatives – Ensure key account/our company business process alignment – Facilitate business, quality and operational reviews.

· Communications focal point for key account and targets in various vertical markets – Service Provider, Hospitality, Government/Education, etc.

· Develop and maintain relationships and proactive communications with cross functional teams.

· Work effectively with cross functional teams.

Minimum Requirements: -

· Highly motivated individual capable of developing key account relationships.

· 5+ years working experience in sales and related field.

· College/University diploma in Business, Engineering or Computer Science.

· Strong prospecting/hunting; negotiating skills; and building relationship skills.

· Sales Experience with proven ability to achieve new business development revenue objectives.

· Outgoing, strong work ethic, self motivated.

· Result-oriented and desire for success.

· Must be willing to travel.

· Good hands on experience with Microsoft Words and Excel.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills – including great presentation skills.

· Excellent communications in English, French is an asset.

· Employment history reference check, criminal check and credit check will be required.

Salary: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
