Our client is looking for a Building Maintenance to join their team in Calgary. This position is suited to an individual who would ensure the properties are well cared and maintained in a safe and environmentally conscious manner. You will perform specific duties related to the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems including HVAC systems, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for preventive maintenance of all building components interior and exterior conditions
• Monitor mechanical and electrical systems, assist trades like unplugging toilets and related other duties.
• Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician; replace, recondition and assemble
• Order supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance
• Other responsibilities relevant to the position will be assigned as required
  

Academic & Trade Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required
• Related experience preferred (at least 2 years as a Maintenance Personnel with all-around wide knowledge)
• Knowledge of general carpentry and repairs
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
  

Salary: $22
