The Box Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing box office operations and patron and marketing outreach, within the Theatre Sheridan department within the Faculty of Animation, Arts and Design.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Overseeing Box Office operations, including deposits, sales, communications and customer service;
  • Managing Box Office software, including all public-facing ticket sales and show-specific information;
  • Monitoring seating for each performance and coordinating Will Call and Rush seating;
  • Handling all Subscriber and Donor requests prior to the season, including all booking and communications;
  • Collaborating on all Social Media plans with Patron Services team and students;
  • Supporting Theatre Sheridan Media & Marketing team on creation of show-specific season assets, including digital thumbnails and show playbills;
  • Handling cash flow in advance of each performance;
  • Coordinating all show-specific seating information with Front-of-House staff;
  • Coordinating deposits and payments with Alumni Relations, Annual Giving Office, Finance and Accounts Receivable;
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.
