Position: Bilingual Sales Support Analyst - Remote work

Job status: Temporary, estimated 12-month term

Start date : As soon as possible

In collaboration with our partner, a Canadian leader in the manufacturing and distribution of medical supplies, we are actively seeking a Bilingual Sales Support Analyst for a 12-month contract.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Contract and Sales Support, this position is responsible for providing support to the Hospital Market team by managing customer and vendor contracts, and monitoring and maintaining contract performance and compliance with the goal of helping to achieve sales and gross profit goals for the company.
  • Provides support to customers and sales representatives in the hospital market by providing sales quotes.
  • Assists the sales team and customer service team with pricing or billing discrepancies.
  • Works with purchasing to obtain cost information for products that are not in stock and quotes accordingly.
  • Research and recommend products based on product knowledge, warranties, lead times and possible substitutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for maintaining contracts and discounts in our systems for both customers and suppliers. (New agreements, as well as renewals).
  • Responsible for validating and processing any variance reports.
  • Renews contracts and reviews sales margins in an effort to increase profits.
  • Processes special equipment orders.
  • Enter customer agreements into the system to ensure accurate billing and discounts.

Qualifications
  • Bilingualism required: French and English
  • University degree or college diploma and/or 1 to 3 years experience in a similar position
  • An understanding of contract management (a +)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and other Office applications
  • Experience with SAP and AS400 (a +)
