About the job

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to add to the growing team. A Marketing Coordinator works to help local businesses establish and maintain their online presence. The ideal candidate for this role enjoys talking with people, understands the importance of online marketing, has a working knowledge of digital marketing, and the ability to discuss digital marketing strategy fluently in both English and French. A Marketing Coordinator will communicate with Partners through calls, emails, and provide an exceptional customer experience.

The impact you’ll have

• Conduct calls and compose emails in French and/or English with local businesses and facilitate French and English communications between business contacts and fulfillment teams
• Provide fast and effective communication with Partners, Clients, and Vendors
• Answer inbound calls, emails, and etc. to support Partners and help them achieve their business objectives through Vendasta’s platform, products, and services
• Educate partners and clients on the Marketing Services products and processes
• Track completed and pending work within Vendasta’s task management platform
• Provide world class customer service for our partners and their clients
• Maintain product knowledge
• Work with local businesses on a regular basis to improve their online presence
• Conduct onboarding calls with local businesses to gather information and execute the services ordered
• Work with local businesses to assess and implement a digital marketing strategy
• Coordinate and pass along feedback from Partners on product development suggestions, escalating issues as necessary
• Explain reports outlining fulfilled services and proof of performance
• Translate communications, blogs, and social media posting as required

• Se tient au courant des projets complétés et en cours dans la plateforme de gestion de tâches de Vendasta
• Offre un service de classe mondiale à la clientèle
• Maintien des connaissances à jour par rapport à nos produits et services
• Travaille avec des entreprises locales régulièrement pour les aider à améliorer leurs présence en ligne
• Dirige des appels avec des entreprises locales et rassemble les informations nécessaires pour compléter les services que ces entreprises ont commandé
• Travaille avec des entreprises locales pour évaluer et exécuter une stratégie de marketing en ligne
• Achemine et partage à nos équipes les conseils de notre clientèle par rapport au développement de nos produits
• Aide la clientèle à comprendre les services promis, démontre notre preuve de performance
• Traduit des communications, blogues, et des publication sur les réseaux sociaux si nécessaire

The value you’ll bring

• 1+ years experience in customer service
• Proper phone and email etiquette; excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Digital marketing experience for local business
• Proficient knowledge of social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate within a strong team environment
• Independent decision maker; can take calculated risks and deal with ambiguity
• Takes initiative to improve processes and try new things
• A technical aptitude and an ability to learn new processes quickly

• 1 an ou plus d’expérience en service à la clientèle

Considered Assets:

• Experience in web design, usability and content optimization
• Proficiency with WordPress and experience with Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
• Knowledge of the Digital Advertising industry - able to speak to campaigns performance and navigate through the platforms
• Experience running Digital Advertising campaigns on platforms (Facebook, Google, YouTube, Display network, Linkedin etc)
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and metrics analysis an asset
• Familiarity with communicating in Quebecois French
