  • Assemble mechanical seals by reading assembly drawings
  • Pressure test mechanical seals per specifications
  • Prepare test reports / necessary quality documentation
  • Disassemble mechanical seals to inspect parts, identify condition and create observation reports
  • Use measuring tools like calipers, gauges, etc. to measure/inspect parts and assemblies for non-conformances
  • Report non-conformance to Quality department
  • Shrink seal faces into metal housings
  • Lap/polish/grind seal faces and metal parts
  • Train teammates as necessary
  • Maintain a safe and professional environment
  • Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Computer knowledge including data input and clerical skills
  • Minimum two years of proven experience in a manufacturing environment
