Relevant du chef de Section gestion de projet – Systèmes, vous assumerez les
fonctions suivantes:
  • Diriger et supporter des rencontres régulières pour la gouvernance de l’équipe ingénierie Système.
  • Développer, harmoniser, maintenir et mettre à jour les calendriers intégrés de divers projets ingénierie Système ou projets reliés.
  • Interfacer avec les groupes de gestion de projet, d’ingénierie et Intégration avion, vous serez responsable de la gestion des priorités de divers fournisseurs d’ingénierie pour des projets identifiés.
  • Identifier et signaler les risques et les problèmes en supportant des plans d’atténuation.
  • Supporter les équipes d’intégration avion.
  • Veiller à la revue et à l’approbation de tous les documents conformément aux besoins du programme et aux livraisons d’;avions.
  • Participer aux plans de résolution de problèmes et de récupération lorsque nécessaire afin de respecter le calendrier des principaux produits livrables.
Vos tâches quotidiennes incluront un leadership proactif dans la résolution de
problèmes, traquer les actions, les dessins d’ingénierie et les livrables associés aux projets, la coordination et la communication des tâches avec le fournisseur, entre les divers lots de travaux.
En tant que candidat idéal,
  • Vous avez un baccalauréat en génie, spécialisation en aérospatiale ou équivalent.
  • Vous avez plusieurs années d’expérience pertinente en gestion de projet ou équivalent.
  • Vous avez idéalement une expérience et de l’intérêt pour l’aéronautique.
  • Vous faites preuve d’excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
  • Vous possédez des compétences supérieures dans MS Office, notamment MSProject, PowerPoint et Excel.
  • Vous êtes un joueur d’équipe doté de solides compétences en communication et en interaction avec les nombreux partenaires impliqués.

Reporting to the Project Management Business Partner Section Chief – Systems in your role, you will:
  • Lead and support regular meetings and governance for the Engineering Systems Team.
  • Develop, harmonize, maintain and update integrated end-to-end schedules for Engineering Systems and other relevant related projectwithin the engineering system team.
  • Support to Aircraft Integration groups.
  • Identify and report Risks and Issues with support to the mitigation actions.
  • Ensure review and approval of all deliverables in line with the program needs and aircraft deliveries.
    • Participate in the problem solving and recovery plans when required to maintain key deliverables’ timeline.
Your daily tasks will include proactive leadership in problem resolution, tracking of actions, deliverables, and drawings, coordinating and communicating tasks between the work packages. Daily interaction with Suppliers, Program and Engineering functions.
As our ideal candidate,
  • You have an Engineering bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering or equivalent.
    • You have relevant experience in project management or equivalent.
  • You ideally have experience and interest in aerospace.
  • You demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • You have superior skills in MS Office including MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills who interfaces well with the many business partners involved.
