Job Details:

Haywood is currently looking to recruit an administrator to join the Vancouver office to be part of a dynamic operations team . To be successful in this role, the candidate must be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer/client service, attention to detail and a willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges as they arise


Responsibilities include:

  • Process transfer requests In and out of account types of in a timely manner and according to regulatory requirements. The Administrator, Account services is responsible for process both ATON and manual transfers.
  • Follow through on all transfer requests until complete.
  • Identify and problems related to the transfer of assets and resolve issue by offering solutions.
  • Assist with Internal transfers journals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Coverage for other team members during absences, or as required.
  • Sundry administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years Account Transfers experience.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments and deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor in all forms of interpersonal communications.
  • Proactive approach to job responsibilities and team player.
  • Flexible personality to take on new challenges as they arise
  • Complete tasks with minimal direction/supervision.
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications Dataphile, CDS, and DTC
